Uma RamMom of 2 children5 months agoA. Hai good evening !! Cow milk insuitability might cause allergy,rashes,motions,severe constipation . As baby is 13 months old due to new to cow milk might cause insuitability allergy in baby. Avoid for 3-4 days and re check after 3-4 days by giving small quantity by diluting milk with water.
