my baby 12 months old make motion four times in 12 hours in semi solid,is it any problem due this

A. if it is a semi solid to solid then do not worry and if the growth is proper then there is no need to think about it but if it is watery consistency then you will have to see that the child might be suffering from gastroenteritis.
