Q.

my baby 11 month old fall from bed his back head hit no swelling but he is crying for sometime again crying after few hours rigoursly please help much worried

A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury for a chuild should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasiuonally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

A. hi parent please make sure she's not feeling nauseating please make sure she has good appetite after this please consult your doctor as well
