Q.

my baby 10 months old has fever touched max 102. After paracetamol fever is coming down from 2 days to 98. no runny nose, no cough. mother feeding increased. solids low intake. Advice for home care please.

A. keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. Fevers higher than 104° F. should be attended to immediately.continue medicine as advice, give more attention Dress your child lightly. Use a sheet instead of a blanket to cover her in bed. Breastfeed or give your baby formula often to maintain hydration of body. Give soft easy to digest diet. maintain proper hygein.
