Q.
My 2 year old has fever from past two days. I have gven paracetamol now fever frequency has reduced still it’s coming at times. He has no other symptoms like runny nose or anything. He is feeding well and playing when fever is down . Is fever without any symptoms a reason for concern?

If the problem persists even after medication then it needs further medical evaluation. Give warm water and warm freshly prepared homemade foods. Keep your baby hydrated all through the day.
