Q.
My baby 1 and half month.. he has too much of kapha from past 15 days occasional cough and sneezing.. using nasal drops it gives instant relief but it’s not reducing.. kapha comes out of his motion and vomit.. please suggest what to do

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Start giving indirect steam to the baby by using a vaporiser and put nasal drops and even warm compress on chest also helps in relieving chest congestion take care and stay safe

If Is already coming out in vomiting and the party of your child then that’s fine but still it would be advisable for you to give indirect steam to the child and also please consult your paediatrician ones they will advise you the right medicine in order to deal with it
