my baby 1.8 yrs old.she is vomiting water from morning .yesterday she did potty only once.what is the problem.what medicine can I give n what food should I give

A. can be indigestion, as onc time vomiting is not to worry about it. it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management if u r concern
