my babies vomiting after feeding 8m15 days boy a, 3y5m boy what's the reason and sol

A. Hai good afternoon !! If both the kids are vomiting after having same food check if any digestion issues ,or any water change might cause diahorrea,vomtings. Check if there are any symptoms fever,head ache... Give more water,fluids for hydration. Consult doctor to control vomitings.
