my babies legs(place of injction) are swollen due to vaccination what should I do it to dissolve..please help

A. it's been 3 weeks after I got the vaccine can I apply the following cream sir

A. you can apply thrombophob gel which will help in decreasing the swelling and for pain you can give paracetamol as well as apply ice over the injection site to decrease the problem
