my babies in 1 ear there is some white wax as in attachment. please suggest what to do as its very paining for her. She dont allow to touch her ear. see the photo attached. Is it something to worry about?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3 months old and she is having a wax in her ear so put waxiclean ear drops two times a day and then remove it with cotton buds slowly
