Q.

my babies having fever from morning whenever I'm giving drops to him fever will reduce after sometimes temperature is high it's normal

A. ok. you can give pcm drops in every 4-6 hourly if temp crosses above 100 F. give lots of breast feeding n rest do consult your doctor if no improvement after three days
