my babies forehead is swelling without any pain , I absorved this since 15 days he is very active is this due to brain injury or it is normal

difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not.

It can be, and in such case, you should definitely take a help of your doctor because your doctor can only advise you well after examining baby. You should never give any sort of medication to your baby. is not advised by Dr so first consult with your doctor about it.
