My babies face turn blue for sometime and again turn to normal colour is it ok

Is happening on regular basis or it is just that when the child is crying the turning blue because it could be associated with controlling spells also so currently with the situation since I’m not very sure about it I would recommend you to take an advice with your doctor regarding the situation also
