my babies body is very hot now, can I keep wet cloth over his head, what to do now, does he got fever

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. I Hope you’re having a thermometer at home so just take the temperature if the temperature is under 99° and it is not fever and it is generally that body temperature is hot and if it is ahead of 99° then you can do cold water patti but it’s not before that
