My babies birth wt.was 3kg and he is now 3 months old and his current wt.is 5.5kg.I m exclusively breastfeeding him but little worried is this wt.gain enough for him or he needs any external feed

This is a very very healthy weight gain for your child it’s approximately oh 700 grams maybe in a month which is exceptionally good so currently I don’t see anything wrong with the weight gain of your child rather I would say it’s going good only so you can continue feeling in the similar Patan to the child
