my babies birth weight is 3 kg now 3 months old baby weight 5.5 kg.is it ok??

Yup It’s perfectly fine see the doctors always say if the birth weight become two times by completing the age of six months then that’s very very healthy so your child is almost nearing that to do that wait only by the age of three months only so I think your child is having a fantastic great
