New born doubles the birth weight by 6 months and triples by 1 year but even if the child is not upto the mark but is active then don’t worry
Make the food calorie rich instead of increase the quantity
Add ghee, butter , cheese, paneee, oats, ragi, dry fruits to the food
Do not force feed the child
Include green vegetables and fruits in the diet
NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child health and nutritious food in the diet which can help in the growth of your child and include fruits and vegetables also well in the diet
