Instead of medicines, opt for a caloric controlled diet & exercise for losing weight as it is long term & without side effects
You can do this
1. avoid sugar, sweets, bakery junk, fried foods
2. Include plenty of water,
skim milk, egg whites, pulses, sprouts, curd Vegetables , fruits in your meals
3. Sleep well
4. Exercise daily
