Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make ther room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers mafy have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

sleep is essential
but if a child get enough sleep overall And showing no discomfort ,it is ok if he is not taking nap.
physique not depends on it.
it depends on genetics
