my aunt gave 1 spoon water to my 5month 18days old baby, please guide what I should do now.

Nothing can be done now but you should not be giving water to the child before completing the age of six months and that too when you initially start giving water to the child it has to be boiled and then you need to cool it down to the room temperature before you give it to the child
