If this is the situation then you should put your child into a good physical activity with which the overall body is going to get proportional with a kind of workout that the child is going to do and also put a thickness on the diet that you need to follow for the child that diet should be healthy but it should not help in getting extra weight will actually reducing weight so for that you can consult a nutritionist
