My almost 3 year old son is passing chalky pale yellow stool since 3 days. He had vomiting a week before for a day but stopped after giving medicine. He is active and playful but the stool is concerning me. Also it is foul smelling. What can be the cause?

A. it can be post viral infection so if it is not improving meet your doctor and give plenty of water to drink and only easily digestible food for a few days
