my age is 43 my period is irregular last period 10 july only some spots and my iron is 26 and sugar is 6

I believe it could be associated with disturbance in hormones and also Women are approaching Perimenopause early after the age of 30 to 35 approximately so it would be good for you to take an assistance with your gynaecologist and the iron levels are 26 which is very high
