My age is 34. My face developed skin-colored tiny pimples about one month ago. Please suggest a cream for this.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl18 hours agoA. Maam it could be associated with heat trash I would recommend you to wash your face properly and then you apply Atogla cream with regular application this is going to subside and try having more of water and liquids which will keep your stomach cool
