my age is 32, female, today I received the result of my thyroid test, but can't able to understand, kindly explain this in detail.. thanks

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. The thyroid level is on very high side and you need to consult with MD physician n to take adequate dose needed.
Try to have regular daily walking and meditation which plays very important role to control thyroid
