my age is 31 my periods wer irrigular from last 5 monts so I did detailed harmonal test and blood report showed low 1.6 AMH so I am stressed lyk what can I do now to get it normalised as I want to convince

A. hi mom there is no medication to improve ur AMH .. u should consult with the gynecologist i'd u r not able to conceive .. so plz consult with your gynecologist
