Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

you can put cucumber slice on your eyes twice a day
please avoid stress and include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
please avoid all packed food and product with refind flour
