Q.

My abby used to say dada baba papa tata gaga when he was around 6 months...his babbling was on and off now he is 14 months...he again says ba pa only not baba dada like he used to say...other words he said till now was car dog door but now again he stop saying words no papa nothing always pointing at everything...i m worried about his speech regression...its like he use one word for 3-4 days and than stop saying it.....he lisping papa but no producing sound of papa...

A. no need to worry about this in the baby in course of time baby will learn proper words also try to interact more with the baby at the same time do not over emphasis

A. Encourage your baby to make vowel-like and consonant-vowel sounds such as “ma,” “da,” and “ba.” Reinforce attempts by maintaining eye contact, responding with speech, and imitating vocalisations using different patterns and emphasis. ... Imitate your baby's laughter and facial expressions.
