my son doesnt speak and he is 2year4 month.but understand everything.only sometimes say papa, gaga,kakka,baba,mummam.nothingelse.is it serious issue.???

A. I believe u live in nuclear family. try to put him with kids along with family.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 2.4 years old and he doesn’t speak properly so he speaks only monologues words like papa and mamma etc see if he has a tongue tie
