my 9m baby boy has been having loose motions for the last 12 days...we have seen a doctor and he has given antibiotics and other medicines...but still the baby has not recovered..he is having 4-5 loose motions in a day now and his tummy is very tight above the belly botton..please suggest what to do

Complete the course of treatment as advised by the doctor and there will be a gradual improvement. Inform your child doctor about any changes or concerns. Good luck and take care.
