my 9 months old infant is having warmer palms and sole and head as if she is having fever.but when I check it in thermometer.it is 99 or below.mild cough just during the night time. is it worrisome.whether i should be worried?

A. 9 month old baby having head and palms warmer than the rest of the body is normal but if the temperature is above 99 degree fahrenheit so the child may be having fever also
