Q.

my 9 months old baby is suffering from too much congestion i m giving her mucolite still she is not feeling well she us hvng running nose too

A. Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to give symptomatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home remedies cokuugh expectorant may be required along with anti allergic medications

A. This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations . For cold you can give drops wikoryl AF 0.5 ml to the child 2-3 times per day. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful. Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm wazter to drink If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor paracetamol for fever and pain.
