My 9 months baby has cold with runny nose ana cough what to do

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyreticfds analgesics and decongestants . steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .

Sinarist Is the best antiallergic medicine that you can give to the child for cold as of now and for cough you can give a little bit of ginger juice mixed with honey to the child once or twice a day don’t give water on top of that and the medicine that I advice you can give one ML twice a day for three days but do consult your doctor
