my 9 months 10 days old baby spit all the daliya I gave him today in the morning...after that he had milk and slept.. afternoon he had dal khichadi... evening I was feeding him cerelac and again he forcefully vomited all of it ..after a while I gave him milk...he forcefully vomited 20% of it...it never happened with him before...is it any kind of infection?? he crawls all the day and put every dirty things in his mouth...pls reply
