my 9 month old daughter started cold & nose raining, plz suggest what to give breakfast & lunch

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 8 months old and she is having a cold and runny nose so give her syrup maxtra 1.5 ml three times a day and vicks rub at chest and back

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you can give steam to your baby for few minutes and several times in a day. As steam actually helps in opening up nasal passages and clears the congestion. For break fast and lunch you can give khichdi, moong dal, apple puré, home made cerelac .
