A. She was very active even after fall but yes she cried a lot. She had a helmet so there is no swelling, no vomiting etc. but yeah all of a sudden now she is low in energy not her usual self. She is smiling but seems tired.

A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recturrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally . Also gteeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

A. Monitor the behaviour of your child for a rather 48 hours. If you see that your child is still there or having any kind of discomfort then consult a doctor otherwise maybe your child is just Lo generally what you have to monitor it for at least 48 hours
