my 9 month old baby weighs 10 kg. is his weight normal or he's over weight?

weight is on higher side.
but if a child is not showing any discomfort, looks happy and active, then no need to worry.
or please visit your pediatrician for once and get it checked whether it is Healthy weight gain or not.
