my 9 month old baby girl cries at night she don't do this but from yesterday she is crying and becomes cranky I think due to teething because in a day time we divert her by playing but at night her sleeps get disturbed 3-4 times and starts crying after some time again she sleeps after 1 hour same happens, she cries what to do ?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Colic in babies may be considered when baby is crying for more than 2 to 3 hours with no other specific reason and in a high pitched cry with arching of the body and flushed face.
There could be many causes for colic in babies like gerd immature digestive system allergies ingulping of aur while feeding and lactose intolerance.
Mothers diet and lifestyle can also be a major factor.
Management could be in forhtm of medicines like probiotics digestive enzymes antiflatulence and some home remedies.
Avoidance of formula milk cow's milk . Cycling manuvours to relieve gas massage and proper burping after each feeding is also helpful .
