My 9 month 5days old baby is getting high fever during night ( 10pm to 7 am ) it will be around 102 degree her body will be very hot and in the morning it will be around 99 degree body will not be too hot, what is the reason for this? I gave colpol for 3 days again changed to ibuprofen oral suspension bp ibugesic syrup nothing is working on her, what shall I do ??

A. always buy a new bottle whenever you are giving fever medicine and the second role is that the dosage should be proper according to the weight of the child otherwise after giving this medicine the fever should decrease for 6 hours
