My 9.5 months daughter weighs 7kg and 66 height please confirm is it ok??

A. it's fine it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and by that pattern only the weight gain in child is seen. it also depends upon the diet the child is taking. so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the childc requires any health supplements. the child should be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount. you can cadd ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child. you can go through many recipes for children in different flavour and taste for your child on firstcry

A. yes it is okay give weight gain foods as potato sweet potato ragi Dalia eggs banana dry fruits as cashew almond in paste or powdered form ghee butter cheese in moderate amount give protein whole grain cereal milk and dairy products
