my 8months old baby is passing green stool 6-7 times a day and doing vomiting occassionally since 5 days. from yesterday I have started vitazyme , superlowgg and satrogyl-O but no response what to do?? what is the cause for green potty

A. Green colour Motion is nogfrmally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to less feeding or formula milk feeding babihes. If it is associated with mucous and foul smell in motion than there could be some infection.
