My 8month old baby fell from bed 3 days back, a split second when our focus was not on him. He cried and after 10min went to sleep. After that he is fine. But I keep replaying it over and over and feeling extremely guilty. How can I overcome this horrible guilt? Please let me know, if anyone can relate.

A. happens with every parent you should not think so much about it don't feel guilty if the baby is playful feeding well and is fine you should just forget it but keep taking care of the baby in
