Q.
my 8month baby doesnot drink formula milk nor breast milk.what should i do

It is problematic if baby is not able to digest it. In extreme cases if baby doesn't have formula etc then you can give by adding little water. By adding water. it will not be concentrate. I have given like this to my son and never faced any issue.
You can try it otherwise give calcium supplement

Try giving cow's milk by adding little water till 1 year and after completing 1 year without adding water in it.
Give other food as well like suji kheer oats kheer khichadi daliya mashed potatoes mashed bnana soyabean curd rice etc
