Q.

my 8 yr old son was having a fever if 103 nw he has 99 after almost 4 or 5 days and taking advent forte and paracetamol. bt it's been more than 3 days he is having swollen gums and bleeding and 2 little broken bumps on lips and little rashes on tongue also any suggestion.

A. hi, do apply honey on mouth ulcers.. give plenty of fluids.. and Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

A. Ma’am, this is so difficult to comment on so I would just like to tell you as of now that you should definitely go ahead with consultation with your doctor and get a blood test done for your child who is that is only going to give you after the clarity on the situation.
