difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not.
advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment
most likely it would be gastritis causing such type of referred pain

Sometimes due to gas also there could be pain in the heart like near that area sometimes you can feel pain but for such a small child it could only be associated with gas but if your child complains again then you should consult the doctor as of now you can give digene to the child that will help for any of the medicine that you feel is going to help me releasing gas otherwise you can give some carrom seed with rock salt with warm water that will help
