my 8 month child suffering from fever and voice is also down refuse to take feed.Theeting process start what medicine should i do

Give paracetamol to ur baby if the fever is 99.5f or above.
Repeat the dose after four five hours if fever comes again.
Low grade fever can be due to teething
Give ur baby teethers like babyhug teethers that put pressure on gums and give relief to baby from pain and itching during teething.
