Q.
My 8 month baby boy fall from the bed hard last friday morning after that he was eating,playing and responding well but soon after he had runny nose and toady he vomited thrice after meal...what should i do he doesn't have any swelling

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. for pain also you can give paracetamol to the child and paracetamol can be repeated maximum 4 times per day( all fever medicines are painkiller).
dosage of paracetamol is given according to the weight as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
if it is not improving after 2 hours osf paracetamol then only meet your doctor for examination and finding the cause of pain.
higher medicines for pain (ibugesic / meftal p) is given after medical consultation s

Mam it is already been four days but if the child has suddenly vomited sometimes we believe that when the child gets hurt and a child vomited even after sometime maybe 40 to 72 hours there could be a possibility of internal injury so I would recommend you to please consult a doctor even if there is no swelling there is no harm in getting it checked with your doctor
