my 8.8 yr son is having small pimples on face kindly suggest some good face cream.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 8 m old girl1 month agoA. hi as such no need of such cosmetics at this stage of age. are you sure those are pimples only? i am asking this because its too early to get this. it might be a result mosquito bite or infection or heat. so you may try cool pack over it keep that area clean. dont poke or rub it
