My 7month old baby girl didnvomit in middle of sleep she is coughing sometimes and taking breastfeed but not showing interest in oure or an other solid food what maybe be the reason .? Is this acid reflux.?

if baby is gaining adequate weight , is active achieving growth milestones then it indicates good health and nutrition
till 1 year breastfeeding remains major source of nutrition
do not force feed and let baby explore different textures flavours and types of food
let baby regulate the quantity
