My 7month baby has green watery diarrhoea more than 7-8 times per day. After taking ecnorm Nd zinc syrup. But no improvement

A. Hello, your baby boy is 7 months old and he is having green watery stools since last one week so don’t worry just give him econorm sachets two time a day for three days and ORS
